Terms and Conditions for Business Customers relating to the Return of unwanted Goods

Business customers are subject to the same rights as Consumers in all respects, except that they may be unable cancel the contract once the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure this is the item your require as we may be unable to accept unwanted items back unless it was a mistake on our part.

pchardwareuk will not accept the return of goods unless such return has been authorised first by pchardwareuk.  pchardwareuk retains the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of goods and if so a charge may apply.

If you wish to return goods, please obtain a returns number (RMA) by completing the online returns form in your pchardwareuk Account area. Returns numbers are valid for 7 days.
