The DWA-643 Wireless N ExpressCard Notebook Adaptor is a draft 802.11n client device for notebooks with an ExpressCard slot available. It is faster than 802.11g wireless adaptors with the added benefit of ExpressCard technology. ExpressCard technology offers several advantages over the legacy CardBus interface, such as a smaller form factor, better speed between the adaptor’s board and the host computer and in addition has lower power requirements, translating in longer battery time for notebook systems.
