Standard Delivery / Shipping Charge is £5.99 ex vat to Mainland UK
Delivery can take between 2-4 days although we try our best to dispatch goods on the same day.
Next Day Delivery charge is £9.99 ex vat to Mainland UK.
( If we are unable to fulfill order via nextday, you will then be charged our standard delivery charge.We will refund the difference via your chosen payment method)
Once an order is processed, we will update you with an estimated time of arrival. Once processed you can expect your package to arrive between 8.00am and 6.00pm and all packages must be signed for as proof of Delivery.
Deliveries can only be made to the registered billing address of the card /card holder.
Deliveries can be made to alternate address provided it is a registered Business Address.
We do NOT deliver to any PO Box address for security reasons.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands may incur an additional charge and may take longer. Please choose the appropriate option when placing the order to avoid delays.

At the same time we appreciate and understand that there are some rare occasions when you do need to return goods to us. So here we list these rare occassions to make for bedtime reading!
Goods Faulty on Arrival / Dead On Arrival
If you are reporting faulty goods: must be reported within 3 days of receipt. When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit: we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period
If you are reporting faulty goods after 28 days of receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. Note: carriage costs paid by the customer unless stated otherwise in the warranty. Most warranty covers the cost of carriage.
Used Stock
Please note that our used stock is sold with 3 months warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 3 months of receipt will be refused.
If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, the item has not been opened ,removed from its orignal packaging or powered up and it can sold again as brand new, then you are entitled to return the goods to us.
Once the goods are received in the condition described, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding the delivery charges paid at the time of ordering.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Note: Return carriage costs paid by the customer.
Items that are not in stock
Depending on the supplier/manufacturer, some items may be available within 7 days, while others can take much longer. Some items which are not in stock can even take months, but in all cases we will let you know when the item is expected, if we have a date once you place your order.
